Returns Policy
(1) Introduction
We understand that from time to time you may wish to return a product to us.
We have created this 30 day returns policy to enable you to return products to us in appropriate circumstances.
(2) Returns
Where you have no other legal right to return a product and receive a refund or exchange, then you will nonetheless be entitled to return a product to us where:
2.1 We receive the returned product within 30 days following the date of purchase of the product;
2.2 The returned product is unused, in its original packaging (with any seal or shrink-wrap intact), with any labels still attached, and otherwise in a condition enabling us to sell the product as new;
(3) Returns procedure
In order to take advantage of your rights under this returns policy, you must: Contact us via email for permission to return the Goods. Once permission has been given the item(s) may be sent back to Sweeper Spares limited. Details of the address can be found on the website (About page). A copy of the invoice must be attached or enclosed with the returned goods.
(4) Exclusions
The following kinds of products may not be returned under this policy:
4.1 Warranty items (See Warranty Terms & Conditions)
4.2 Part(s) ordered where exact details of the machine type, serial number or optional specification have not been supplied prior to point of order (subject to an additional handling charge).
(5) Refunds
We will give you a refund for the full price of any product properly returned by you in accordance with the terms of this returns policy (excluding the original delivery charges and excluding the costs of returning the product to us).
(6) Improper returns
Where you return a product in contravention of this policy (and where you do not have any other legal right to return the product):
6.1 We will not refund or exchange the product;
6.2 We may retain the returned product until you pay to us such additional amount as we may charge for re-delivery of the returned product.
(7) Cancellation
If you wish to cancel your order, once payment has been processed, please email sales@sweeperspares.co.uk as soon as possible to make sure your order is cancelled before being processed.
7.1 If your order has been processed and dispatched, you still have the right to cancel anytime within 24 hours and return your item to us for a full refund (Excluding any delivery charges). The Company reserves the right to make a handling charge of Goods returned against orders correctly executed.
7.2 After 24 hours has passed since your order was placed, you will no longer be able to cancel the order and your item can only be returned if there is an issue with the item itself.
